The Journey

Five remarkable places. One beautifully paced adventure.

This hosted journey brings together the colour and character of Cape Town, the vineyards of Franschhoek, the thrill of safari in Kruger National Park, the drama of Victoria Falls and the energy and history of Johannesburg.

There is time to explore, but also time to breathe. You will have a full free day in Cape Town, two nights in the Winelands, three nights on safari and carefully chosen stays that feel special without ever feeling formal.

Hosted by Lorraine Simpson, the journey is designed for travellers who want the confidence of travelling with an experienced host while still feeling that the trip is personal, relaxed and full of genuine connection.

Hosted by Lorraine

Travel with confidence—and plenty of laughter

After more than 100 countries, I know that the best journeys are not simply about what you see. They are about how a place makes you feel, the people you meet and the stories you bring home. I will be there throughout the journey to take care of the details, share what I know and make sure everyone feels welcome.
